Studio Alfaia

Based in Recife and Rio de Janeiro, Studio Alfaia always brings elements of Northeastern Brazilian culture to its creations, in a mix of genuinely Brazilian materials. Always attentive to detail, the studio evokes the feeling of looking to the past without losing focus on contemporary design.

Jaildo holds a degree in Interior Design and began a Master’s in Design at the Academia de Belas Artes in Cuneo, Italy. He has also taken a Fashion Design course at SENAC, always driven by creativity and a skill for freehand drawing.

Leandra Fernandez, born in Mar del Plata, Argentina, holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism. The daughter of a visual artist, she has always been in contact with art and the entire creative process.
